Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for a name, email, service selection, and property city or location. Company, preferred date, and project details are optional. Do not include alarm codes, financial details, or other sensitive information.

Test mode and delivery

When test mode is displayed, the information is validated and discarded. No email is sent and no inquiry is saved. If live email is configured in the future, inquiry details will be sent through the configured SMTP provider to respond and coordinate the requested services. They are not used for marketing without separate consent.

Technical information

Temporary in-memory limits use the connection IP for up to 15 minutes. A short-lived form token helps prevent automated submissions. Submitted form contents are not logged by this application. Hosting is on a server in Frankfurt, Germany.

Cookies and analytics

This site has no marketing cookies or visitor analytics. Self-hosted media does not require a social-platform embed. Any future third-party media will need its privacy implications reviewed before activation.

Retention and contact

Test submissions are discarded immediately. Future live inquiry emails should be deleted within 90 days of inactivity unless an active project or legal obligation requires longer retention. A real privacy contact and final legal/payment identity must be configured before public launch.
