Inquiries and scheduling

Starting prices are not a binding quote. Property size, location, travel, access, timing, and the requested deliverables may affect the final scope. A form submission is not a booking or payment. Price, deliverables, usage, timing, revisions, cancellations, and payment terms are agreed before work begins.

Creative and music rights

Portfolio work is published only with confirmed display rights. A tailored soundtrack is not automatically an original or exclusive composition. Distribution platforms and intended uses, including paid advertising, must be covered by the project’s agreed music and media licenses. No exclusive copyright claim is made for AI-generated music.

Property access and readiness

The client must have authority to grant access and commission the work. Floor plans are approximate marketing aids, not surveys or construction documents. 3D tours remain in development. Aerial scheduling depends on weather, airspace access, and safe operating conditions.

Working brand

FONTEL MEDIA is a working creative studio brand. No registered company status is implied. Legal contracting and payment identity are kept separate and confirmed in project agreements.

Do not abuse the inquiry system, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful material. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
